Control Panel 1 - The Hepsia web hosting CP is a normal accessory only when combined with the Debian Linux Operating System and is offered at no cost. With Hepsia you can host unlimited TLDs under one web hosting account. This is conceivable owing to Hepsia's powerful Domain Manager interface. The other Control Panel devices, i.e. cPanel and DirectAdmin, are attainable solely with CentOS. In contrast with Hepsia, with them you have to use TWO different web hosting user accounts. This is so, since cPanel and DirectAdmin do not offer any domain registration/transfer/administration options. If you opt for Ubuntu as an Operating System for your dedicated hosting server, there will be no Control Panel possibility.
Hosted Domains 2 - unlimited domains can be hosted with all offered hosting CP setups, but only with Hepsia you can register/transfer/administer your TLDs in one hosting account. Sadly, the cPanel/DirectAdmin CP devices do not offer such option at all - there is no Domain Manager tool and as a result they call for TWO different user account logins: one domain name management/billing/support user account and one web site management user account (i.e. the actual cPanel/DirectAdmin Control Panel).
